Working remotely has a lot of opportunities. In Nibol we believe in it and we think it’s one of the most precious things we offer and, as we see with our clients, it’s not something that everyone does.
One important thing though is to remember that we are not working alone and our teammates may need us for a chat or for a video call.
For these reasons, we should be available during the central part of the day.

With this 5 hours window during the weekdays, we allow everyone to manage their personal things before 10:30 and after 16:30.
During these hours we have to be active on Slack and to have Notion open. These are the main tools we use to work asynchronously.
Our goals and our projects required ideally 40 hours per week, but everyone can manage their own schedule outside this availability window.
