“I think there is nothing better than creating a product you will use.”

TLDR (Too Long Don’t Read)

In Nibol, we use Nibol to work flexibly (cool, right?). So you need to use the app to set your status: office, remote, or not working. You don’t have a “max number of remote working days” during the week.

We respect everyone's time. You may have your little girl to bring to school, or you may be a man of the night and like to code all night.

Also, we don’t have any mandatory time of arrival or time to leave. Still, we created the Availability window. 5 hours during the day when everyone must be available for calls or quick replies on Slack.

That said, we want you to complete your project and respect the deadlines, so decide when is best for you to sit and work, no matter where.

Work in-office days

In 2022, we met in person every three months in Milan for quarterly all-hands. But the team asked for more time together at the office. For this, we decided to have a mandatory meeting in person once a month.

<aside> 😊 We meet at the office every first Tuesday and Wednesday of the month, except for our all-hands (quarterly meetings), where we meet every first Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You should have it on your calendar. If not, ask @Riccardo on Slack.

Where to stay for sleep

We don’t currently offer accommodation, but you can ask the team if someone can host you in their house. We are nice people 😊.
